1. Context of the mission
You will be responsible for a team implementing all developments. In your role as team leader you will be responsible for the people in your team and their development. Furthermore you will be accountable for a number of small to medium-sized projects, enhancing the current application
 
2.Language requirement
Written and spoken knowledge of French and Dutch. Basic knowledge of English.

Required level and content of education
University degree or equivalent

- Technical experience required : Experience in an IT environment is a plus.
  - Management experience required :
  - 3 or more years of experience in team management, Able to lead a small team of developers and technical analysts
  - Excellent people management skills.  
  - Good project management skills are needed to manage a portfolio of enhancement projects.
  - A strong organisational talent is a prerequisite for this role.
 
5. Objective of the job
People management of a group of 5 to 10 developers : communication, coaching, motivation, training, career
evolution.
Project leader for small to medium-sized projects and supervise all project related tasks: estimation,
planning, risk management, coordination, follow-up, reporting
Communicate the progress of your project portfolio to the internal costumers, Manage the relations with internal clients.
Develop a vision on the evolution of the systems, together with functional and technical architects.
Control the execution of the defined processes and methodologies within the software development lifecycle
(CMMI with Prince2).

Brussels.

Start Date : asap
Duration : 1 year with possible extension.
