REALTIME-AT-WORK (RTaW - http://www.realtimeatwork.com) is looking for a research engineer with excellent programming skills: intimate knowledge of JAVA and C++ is a prerequisite.
 
The post holder will participate to the development of RTaW software tool suite and R&D projects with OEM and tier-one suppliers. The post holder will also contribute to the in-house research conducted at RTaW and write technical papers.
 
The ideal profile for this position will have a Master/Engineer degree or PhD within Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering with some background in Mathematics (e.g., Probability, Statistics or Operational Research). The candidate should have some prior experience with real-time and embedded systems (e.g., automotive embedded systems, avionics, etc) and timing analysis.
 
Although some years of professional experience is a plus, applications from freshly graduated people with an excellent academic record will be considered.
 
The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic and have an excellent command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of French would be welcome but is not a prerequisite. The job is located in Villers-les-Nancy, near Nancy, East of France.
