Je viens d'acheter une barette de DDR-SDRAM PC3200 de 1Go 400 MHz:
 
(SIZE: 1GB (1024MB), SPEED: PC3200 400Mhz DDR Memory (Backwards Compatible with PC2700 and PC2100)  
CHIP CONFIGURATION: 128x64, CHIP DENSITY: 128x4 (High Density), VOLTAGE: 2.5V
CAS LATENCY: 3
Unbuffered, Non ECC, Non Registered
184 Gold-Plated Pins, SPD Support)
 
et elle n'est pas détectée par mon système.... mais sous Everest je la vois

hello,regarde voir dans le manuel de ta carte mere,a mon avis imcompatibiliter de la rette de ram de 1 go,et ta cm en socket A........

J'ai regardé sur le manuel de la carte mère, et je peux mettre jusqu'à deux barrettes de 1Go :
System Memory Configuration
The FN45 mainboard has two 184-pin DIMM slots that allow you to install
from 64MB up to 2GB of system memory. Each 184-pin DIMM (Dual In-line
Memory Module) slot can accommdate 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB,
and 1GB of PC1600/PC2100/PC2700/PC3200 compliant 2.5V single or
double side 64-bit wide data path DDR SDRAM modules. You do not need
to set any jumper to configure memory since the BIOS utility can detect the
system memory automatically. You can check the total system memory value
in the BIOS Standard CMOS Setup menu.
1. Install Memory:
Install memory in any or all of the banks. The combination shown as follows.
Note: The total installed memory does not exceed 2GB.
Note: Installing a DIMM in any slot leads to a 64-bit data transfer
rate. To activize a dual-channel feature of a 128-bit data
transfer rate, install DIMMs in both slots.
 
Donc je ne comprends vraiment pas ce qui peut déconner, pensez-vous que cela puisse venir de dommages internes et non d'un problème de compatibilité ?
