Problème de gravage - LG GSA-4160B - CD/DVD/BD - Hardware

Salut à tous,
 
Je possède un graveur LG GSA-4160B, qui fonctionnait sans aucun problème sous XP SP1.
J'ai changé de disque dur, j'en ai profité pour réinstaller XP, avec le SP2 intégré. Depuis, je gaspille un nombre de DVD vierges comme je ne l'ai jamais fait. En général le gravage débute sans problème, et s'interrompt à un % aléatoire (en général + de 50%).
 J'ai update le firmware de mon graveur (a300 -> a303), sans succès.
Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu ce problème, et a réussi à le résoudre ?

hello,
j'ai exactement le meme probleme,
 
je grave nickel sur des DVD RW par contre les CD et les DVD+R foirent au bout d'un certain %age, souvent vers 90%
 
Y a t'il une solution?
 
Mon graveur LG-L1100
 
Je précise que je suis sous WINDOWS XP Family SP2
