Vu la carte graphique via fiche technique que j'ai trouvé et tes programmes installés, je suppose que tu t'en sert pas trop pour jouer ?  
 
As tu pensé à le nettoyer ( poussière, bombe à air...etc) pour qu'il chauffe moins.
 
Sinon tu peux le formater pour réinstaller un système propre de win 7.
 
Ou encore tu le formates et le passe sous une distribution linux, me demande pas quoi choisir je ne connais que Ubuntu => Je te conseille fortement cette solution au moins tu sais exactement les programmes que tu installes et c'est LA distribution grand publique.  Pour de la bureautique, quelques jeux peu gourmand et surtout regarder des vidéos ça serait parfait Après tu peux toujours essayer le dual boot.
