SYMPTOMS
The R2 PC Card does not start, and you see the following error message in Device Manager:  
 
This device is either not present, not working properly, or does not have all the drivers installed. (Code 10)  
Try upgrading the device drivers for this device.  
 
 
 
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because some R2 PC Cards do not support interrupt request (IRQ) resource sharing. In Windows XP, 16-bit PC Card (PCMCIA) PCI readers can use R2 PC Cards (the 16-bit ISA type) without requiring an ISA runner paddle to obtain ISA interrupts.  
 
 
 
RESOLUTION
WARNING : Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.  
 
For information about how to edit the registry, view the "Changing Keys and Values" Help topic in Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) or the "Add and Delete Information in the Registry" and "Edit Registry Data" Help topics in Regedt32.exe. Note that you should back up the registry before you edit it. If you are running Windows NT or Windows 2000, you should also update your Emergency Repair Disk (ERD).  
 
To resolve this behavior, disable the ISA-to-PCI routing feature to allow these PC Cards to function in laptop computers:  
 
Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).  
 
 
Locate the following key in the registry:  
 
 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PCMCIA\Parameters  
On the Edit menu, click Add Value , and then add the following registry value:  
 
 
Value Name : DisableIsaToPciRouting  
Data Type : REG_DWORD  
Value : 1  
Quit Registry Editor.  
 
 
This procedure disables PCI routing for 16-bit PC Cards. With this feature, you can successfully install 16-bit PC Cards on computers that are low on ISA interrupts by using a shared-PCI interrupt.  
 
Note : If you disable this feature, the device could potentially display an error code 12 (not enough free resources) in Device Manager if there is not a suitable free interrupt for the card to use. You may have to disable an unused device or port to make an IRQ available for the card.

le truc de la base de registre ne marche pas    
pour l'IRQ dans le bios je loc quoi comme n° (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15?)

autre essai à faire, spécifie dans le BIOS qu'il faut démarrer sur une carte pci plutôt qu'agp, ensuite sous windows tu dira laquelle est réellement ta carte principale

moi ausssi j'avais ce probleme avec ma ATI...  
 
Ce que j'ai fais, c'est que dans le bios je lui ai dit que ma carte vidéo principale C T mon ATI et pas ma TNT2.
 
C'est une option ou t'as 2 choix.. AGP et PCI (agp = il prend la TNT2 come carte video , PCI = il prend la ATI comme carte video), donc enfait ton pc démarre sur l'ATI (enfin ché toi c pas une ATi, mais on s'en fout) et sous windows, tu définis ta TNT2 en "use this device as my primary monitor" et c dans la poche..  
 
en passant, quand tu jouera à des jeux, oublies pas de désactiver ton 2ème écran (tu déchoches "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor ballla" ) sinon ton jeux va utiliser la mauvaise carte video )

au fait, si tes 2 écrans marchent pas encore, tu risques pas de voir ça... faut d'abord que tu fasses le machins du bios et que tes 2 écrans marchent
