j'ai depuis quelques temps un souci lors de la sortie de mise en veille. avant il me suffisait de bouger la souris ou d'appuyer sur une touche mais là ..seul le fait d'appuyer sur power le fais réagir... mais j'arrive sur une écran noir me disant que l'ordi ne s'est pas arrêté correctement

Mais je ne sais pas comment résoudre mon souci sachant que j'ai déjà fait:
- un scan approfondi avec bitdefender
- une mise à niveau windows
- impossible de faire une restauration puisque pas de point de restauration disponible ( je sais c'est pas bien)
