Je viens chercher de l'aide pour dépanner le pc fixe de mon père (vérolé je pense...).
Bref chronologiquement, je viens de le démarrer à l'instant.
Avant même d'avoir le choix de session,
une fenetre apparait sur fond noir
"Ouverture de session windows : LogonUI.exe - Image incorrecte"
Je clique sur OK
Puis apparait une seconde fenetre :
"winlogon.exe" - Image incorrecte" que je valide par OK aussi.
 
Puis répétition de la première fenetre :"Ouverture de session windows : LogonUI.exe - Image incorrecte" validé  par OK
 
Là j'arrive sur le choix de session, je prends la mienne puis encore une fenetre :
"dwm.exe - Image incorrecte" que je valide par OK
 
J'ai enfin accès à win 7 sur fond noir et certaines applications se lancent pas ou très lentement....
 
Si quelqu'un a déjà connu cela !???

Téléchargez ComboFix (sUBs).
 
• •  Désactiver tout les logiciels de sécurité.. • •  
• • Et fermer toutes autre applications. • •
 
• Double-cliquer sur Combofix.exe et [Exécuter]
 
• • Après que ComboFix soit lancé, ne cliquer ps dans sa fenêtre. • •
 
À la ’’Limitation de garantie du logiciel’’
• Avec Vista Windows 7, appuyer sur [J'accepte],
 
..Création d’un point de Restauration système et sauvegarde du Registre.
 
• Installez la ’’Console de récupération’’ → [Oui], ← IMPORTANT
 
Si lors de l'installation de la Console, un message indique que l'installation a échoué.
੦ Veuillez autoriser ComboFix à poursuivre l'analyse de votre ordinateur.
 
..ComboFix va déconnecter votre ordinateur d'Internet et commencer la tâche de désinfection.
 
• Attendre la fermeture de l’outil (plusieurs 10aines d’étapes).
 
੦ Si ComboFix a besoin de redémarrer, laisser le aller.
 
► Postez le rapport de ComboFix (C:\Combofix.txt).

je fais ça demain et le post suivra, car nouvelle chose....plus de clavier au démarrage (en usb) et si j'ai le malheur de changer ce port usb...bel écran bleu qui apparaît !!!!!

Mission effectuée avec quelques bémols :
La session de mon père admin étant bloqué et le clavier n'étant plus pris en charge, j'ai lancé combofix avec ma session sans

Là le plus gros problème, est qu'il y a 2 antivirus d'installés.  
Ce qui est contre indiqué, et possiblement la cause du problème.  
Vous devez en désinstaller un.
 
Si la session administrative n'est pas accessible en Mode conventionnel.
Essayer d'y accéder en "Mode sans échec": en tapotant sur [F8] au démarrage(rendu au logo du bios) - Tutoriel.
 
Donc la 1ière chose à faire d'abord.
Si vous réussissez à accéder à la session administrative en mode conventionnel ou en mode sans échec.
• Désinstaller tout de suite un antivirus.
 
Si vous choisissiez de désinstaller Avast, utiliser leur désinstallateur »» aswclear.exe ««.  
 
 
Donner des nouvelles et on poursuivra avec la suite.
