Il m'est impossible de faire l'indice de performance. J'ai Windows 7 pro 64bits. J'ai avast car j'avais lu que cela pouvait venir de Kaspersky.
Voici le fichier winsat. Peut être que quelque chose m'échappe.

Si effectivement tu utilise Kaspersky IS2010 celui ci bloque L'execution De l'index de performance (WEI)
 
Solution : désactive Kaspersky et fait ton test !
 
Sinon a tu mis tes pilotes à jour ( Vidéo chipset etc...) ?

Nan en fait j'ai pas kaspersky mais avast, me suis mal exprimé peut etre. Et les pilotes sont à jours.

Il est bien possible qu'un script soit bloqué par l'antivirus :

peut etre du a un pilote non certifié voir ici http://social.answers.microsoft.co [...] e143c8e77e
 
essaye de faire un scan des fichiers systeme
ligne de commande >  sfc /scannow

J'ai KIS 2010 et j'ai pas eu besoin de le couper ni d'y toucher pour l'obtention de la note windows ...

Lol heuresement, ce probleme touche meme pas 0.5% des gens.
Mais bon pour les 0.5% ca reste un peu relou.
 
Pour le probleme de l'indice de performance, tu as bien tous tes drivers à jour? meme le bios?

Idem ici, j'ai KIS 2010 et pas de problème avec le test de l'indice de performance.  
 
Je pencherai également pour un problème de driver, dans mon cas je n'ai pu compléter le test qu'après être passé par windows update et mis à jour le driver acpi. Regarde dans ton gestionnaire de périphérique si tout est en ordre et bien installé.

Marrant, autour de moi, tous ceux ayant à la fois KIS2010 et une version finale de seven, ça plantait....
Et une simple désactivation de KIS 2010 ne suffisait pas, il fallait désinstaller....

y'a pas eu que Kaspersky ... mais pas mal de truc qui ont eu du mal a suivre le bond qu'a fais microsoft avec windows 7 :)
mais ca se rattrape ... (moins rapidement côté drivers >< )

Idem pour moi avec KIS2010 sur Win 7 64bits (avec WMP). Une fois installé, même désactivé, impossible d'obtenir le score Windows.
Seule solution (avant que Kaspersky ne trouve) c'était de désinstaller complètement l'appli.
