HP NX9105 lent suite changement DD - que faire? - Win NT/2K/XP - Windows & Software

Bonjour,
pour le travail / perso je dispose d'un portable que j'ai depuis 2ans, je l'utilise assez intensivement (facile 12h par jours)
n'ayant jamais eu de probleme j'ai toujours ete tres satisfait jusqu à récément (15 septembre 2006) lorsque mon disque s'est bloque et a été changé par garantie en plusieurs fois.
1er changement du disque = pas ok, j en redemande un autre 2 eme changement = pas ok, on m envoi encore un disque (IBM travelstar), je rappelle, c est pas ok 3) on me change la carte mere suite au diagnostique, windows se reinstalle enfin
je reinstalle donc mon poste comme avant WinXPpro SP2 mise à jour auto outlook2003 firefox et google toolbar avast msn acrobat reader activesync pour mon pda winamp +quelques applications légères propre à mon metier + les pilotes
cependant je remarque que l utilisation est moins "fluide"
je me dit que c'est le disque dur qui est moins veloce mais bon ca me convient....
peut etre que les cds de reinstalle de windows fourni par HP ne contiennent pas les drivers pour ma nouvelle marque de disque dur ?
de mon cote je continue de travailler avec mon portable qui semble de plus en plus lent
je procede donc à differents tests pour identifier la source de ces ralentissements
test DD et memoire avec ultimate boot CD defragmentations et checkdisk bootvis vidage fichier temp (à cause de toutes les MAJ windows que j'ai faites) test avec mon antivirus pour voir si il me ralenti.
recement je suis alle voir dans le gestionnaire de peripherique pour voir si je serais pas en PIO (mais je pense etre en UDMA) parceque quand je fait des copie de fichier c est hyper lent, même quand je veut supprimer un simple fichier TXT y a l animation de suppression de fichier qui s eternise et desfois explorer plante
