choix de modem routeur adsl - Windows & Software

voila j'hesite rellement entre le zyxel 650h ou le speed touch 510v4port  
 
je fais un appel au utilisateur de ses routeurs pour savoir ce qui est le mieux
 
mon utlisation deux pc winxp win 2k
connection mamadou adsl 512 bientot du 1024
fais essentiellement du http emule ftp quelque vpn jeux on line irc netmetting aim etc...  
 
Svp orienter moi dans le bon choix

Euh alors là je pencherais plus pour le zyxel on m'a dit qu'il est très simple et complet. MAis sache que le netgear dg814 et aussi un bon produit (je l'ai), et que tu trouveras des infos facilement dessu.

les freezes par exemple, ils sont legions chez pas mal d'utilisateurs...

je pense qu'il est excellent, mais tres cher, et on peut trouver qualite globalement equivalente pour moins cher.
En ce moment, je m'eclate avec un SAR-110. Un tres bon routeur, avec quelques problemes neanmoins, mais ca va s'arranger j'en suis sur :)

il n'a pas l'air d'avoir de defaut majeur, hormis le prix. C'est peut etre pour ca aussi qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de commentaires, il n'est pas a la portee de toutes les bourses.

Ben le zyxel c utilisé en cadre pro surtout. Ses principaux atouts c le VPN et le cryptage. Tu as pas mal d'option de contrôle mais j'ai eu des problèmes pour faire passer des dmz à vrai dire. Ensuite t'as des trucs à la con gnre planning, blocage de MAC et tout. Par contre pour acceder à toutes les fonctions faut y aller au tlnet, le web based (quand il est present) est pas tres complet...

Sur le dernier Zyxel (modele 652), les testeurs ont eu quelques problemes on dirait :
 


Problems Encountered
 
Firstly, the router continually crashed and rebooted when browsing maps at streetmap.co.uk. You may ask why - the short answer is that ZyXEL could not replicate the problem however, it was later discovered to be a fault with the firmware used during the review (V3.40(FN.5)b3). The second, more significant problem had ZyXEL scratching their heads. After brief periods of inactivity (30 to 60 seconds), the router would appear to go into a "snooze". Although the ADSL connection was never lost, if further data was to be transmitted, a delay of around 1 to 2 seconds was incurred before anything was actually sent or received. When using interactive applications such as telnet and SSH, this became extremely frustrating. For general web and email, users are unlikely to notice any performance degradation. Maintaining a ping stream to a remote host acted as a work-around. I tried the router on 3 different ADSL lines to no avail. Electronic Frontier were extremely helpful with the diagnosis, but at the end of the day, they were unable to recreate the problem at their end. They were convinced the issue was external to the router and not a firmware bug. If anybody else encounters similar problems, ZyXEL would be interested to know

la fonction recherche permets de trouver des avis d'utilisateurs du 510v4 (moi!!)ou autre  
donc regarde sur ces post ou j'ai décris mon expérience avec ce routeur
