ctrl+brteak impossible sur 3750 Cisco - Réseaux - Réseaux grand public / SoHo

Bonjour je dois reseter deux cisco 3750 (WS-C3750G-24TS-E), le resp réseaux à été licencié et je ne dispose pas des password tous ceux que j'ai essayé ne fonctionnent pas. Je suis connecté aux cisco via la conf ci dessous
J'ai tout d'abord tenté le Ctrk+Break classic mais rien ne vient, j'ai également tenté le parametrage à 1200 bps en hyperterm puis "barre espace" pendant 10-15sec , et repasser en 9600 bps. mais cela ne donne rien de plus. je ne peux breaker durant le boot, celui va jusqu'au bout sans que je puisse intervenir. J'ai essayer ces procedures sur les deux 3750 mais cela ne donne rien de plus. j'ai essayer toutes les combinaisons de touches: Ctrl+C ; CTRL+Break; Break; ...... Auriez-vous une idée du PB. j'ai un besoin urgent de charger des cfg. Je souhaite savoir si cela pourrait éventuellement venir des parametres Secure CRT ou Hyperterm ou peut-être également de l'adaptateur USB/sérial ou de mon cable Console Cisco

Logiciel: Hyperterminal 6.3 et SecureCRT
Connexion par: USB-Serial adapter ATEN UC232A + Cable console Cisco
