Bonjour, aprés avoir commandé des objets en allemagne, il y en a un qui semble endommagé.
En réponse aux mail, j'ai recu cela:
"Please go to your post office with the box and put all parts in there as they were before. There you fill out a damage claim, please send me a copy of it."

Pouvez-vous m'aider a le traduire et m'expliquer quoi demandé au bureau de poste.

SVP, allez à votre bureau de poste avec la boîte et remettez toutes les pièces comme elles étaient avant. Là-bas, vous remplirez un formulaire de dommage/dédommagement, envoyez-moi une copie SVP...

C'est plus ou moins ça.
