1. Context of the mission
 
We are actively searching 1 functional analyst to support this project. This functional analyst will have to demonstrate a specific profile described below :
 
2. Language requirement
Sound knowledge of English is required (spoken & written). French and/or Dutch is a plus (spoken only).
 
3. Localisation of the job
Brussels.
Occasional travel to Ireland (Dublin) - maximum once per month.
 
4. Period mission
Start Date : 20-27/04/2009.
Duration : 7 months
 
5. Required knowledge and experience
 
 Required level and content of education : University graduate.
- Personal skills
. Mandatory : precision and clarity (oral, written), communicative (within team and with IST & other partners), knowledge of English is a must
. Preferable : flexibility (in peak periods extra efforts may be required), fast learner, team player, ability to compromise on solutions with multiple parties (business, IT), (eventually) coaching skills
- Business experience required
. Mandatory : 1-3 years of professional experience in banking, project environment
. Preferable : knowledge of domestic and SEPA payments, knowledge of the PSD
- Technical experience required
. Mandatory : affinity with systems and processes, ability to work with IT department to transfer & explain specifications to developers, experience with banking package is a plus
- Functional experience required
. Mandatory : Expertise in functional/technical design, test
preparation & execution, roll-out support (V-model), Ability to work with IT department to sign-off development during integration testing phase, risk awareness (judging severity of incidents).
 
6. Objective of the job
Delivery of a end-to-end solution for PostBank based on solution provided by Bank Payments on time and in budget.
