en premier lieu sur ce genre de mobo as-tu respecter le placement de RAM (A1/B1/C1/D1) avec 4 barrettes?

Bonsoir,
si les 32go de mémoire sont bien reconnues sous cpu z, probablement que windows ne les exploite pas.
il faudrait consulter les options de démarrage du fichier boot avec l'option de la mémoire maximum utilisée.
Piste à explorer sous windows 10 avec la fonction recherche , tape msconfig
Une fois la fenêtre ouverte, accède à l'onglet démarrage et clique sur options avancées.
la mémoire max est cochée /parametrée? si c'est le cas, il faut décocher pour exploiter les 32go.

dès le démarrage de ton pc, et à l'apparition du logo asus correspondant à ta carte mère, il faut appuyé sur le bouton supprimer ou F2 de ton clavier.
ce phénomène s'est réalisé suite à l'ajout de barrette de ram?

Si on se référe à ta carte mère er vis à vis de ce que tu indique au dessus,
tu es branché en A1/B1/C1/D1.
En pratique, c'est un branchement quad channel pour profiter d'un "gain" supplémentaire.
mais peu importe comment tu branches les barrettes, le bios doit détecter la somme de toute.
vérifie si elles ont bien enclipser ou bien tester avec les slot du canal 2 (A2/B2/C2/D2)

elles sont bien clipser, test avec inversement slot A2/B2/C2/D2 => Pas de changement, test avec inversement des RAM => Rien toujours 16Go.

J'ai comme vous pouvez le lire 4 mémoire de 8Go, soit 32Go au total, hors si je vais sur les informations système celui-ci m'indique : Mémoire RAM installée 16Go !
Je rajoute qu'il n'affiche Pas de Go entre parenthèse non utilisé, comme j'ai pu le lire dans d'autre post.
Mais si j'utilise CPUID CPU-Z celui-ci m'affiche bien mes 32Go !! Qui pourrez me dire de quoi il en retourne ?
