Salut, c'est une vielle carte mère pour Pentium III en socket 370 avec un FSB de 133mhz, reste à retrouvé un vieux proco PIII d'occase.

Plop.
N'importe quel P3 socket 370 jusqu'à 1 Ghz est ok MAIS:
1) PAS DE "P3-S" ou "TUALATIN", ou "XEON"
1b) Pas de P3 en "slot1" non plus, pas le même format physique.
2) Ca va chauffer plus, le ventirad du Celeron 600 aura peut-être du mal. Privilégie les offres avec radiateur+ventilo correspondants fournis.
3) Mets a jour le BIOS avant de changer le processeur, si possible, pour que le nouveau soit reconnu a coup sur.
EDIT: Celui-ci serait très bien, mais il n'y a pas de ventirad.
Je te recommande chaudement ce sympathique ventirad qui remplacera efficacement l'actuel de ton Celeron.

Je connais bien cette carte mère car j'en ai eu 4 entre les mains dont deux "béquillent" encore un peu sur mes vieux PC du grenier...
Surveille bien les condos qui ont une tendance génétique à gonfler...

Bon ben en fait c'était pas le bon processeur....
il était pas en socket 370, 3€ de jeter par les fenetres, je me demande si le gars qui m'a dit d'acheter ça n'est pas le vendeur (hmhm)??
Bref donc je pense qu'il faudrait que j'achète plutôt ça non?

Bonjour à tous,
Je suis nouveau sur ce forum et comme vous pouvez vous en doutez je n'y connais pas grand chose en info.
Mes parents ont un pc assemblé ancien qui possède un carte MSI 6309 et tourne sous windows XP, le processeur est un intel celeron 600mhz.
J'ai augmenté la ram de ce pc grâce au 3 slots et je suis passé du coup de 64 mo à 448 mo puis aujourd'hui à 1280mo, déjà ça lui a fait du bien.
Désormais je voudrais savoir si je peux changer le processeur afin d'améliorer la vitesse de calcul et donc l'exécution des programmes.
Je ne sais pas du tout par quoi commencer, je ne sais d'ailleurs pas si c'est faisable.
Je viens donc vous demander un coup de main pour tout ça.
