Derniere version de bios pour CM asus TX97 E ???? - Hardware

Je souhaite monter un disque dur de 60 Go sur ma carte mère asus TX 97-E
Je n'arrive pas à trouver de bios récent qui le reconnaisse.
le disque n'est reconnu qu'à 32GO

J'ai un PC avec une Asus TX97-E (et un K6-1/166, 64MB EDO, 6GB IBM, W98FE). Il tourne sans problème... autre que la lenteur (la mobo ne cache pas la RAM au delaç de 64MB, et de toute façon la RAM EDO est trop outdated et chère maintenant). Je viens de l'installer chez ma Belle-Mère (charmante), pour web et email.
 
Le dernier BIOS que j'aie trouvé (mais pas installé, parce que "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" ) est xe5i0108.zip; voici mon log de download:

Merci mais j'ai deja cette version et elle ne reconnait mon DD qu'a une hauteur de 32 GO....
Il va falloir que je change de carte mere ... :)

Non, achète-toi juste un contrôleur IDE U-DMA100 sur PCI...
 
Ils supportent jusqu'aux 130Go (au-delà il te faudrait un contrôleur U-DMA133).

Taper dans Google "TX-97 J7 BIOS" ce BIOS est le derbier dispo et supporte les HD de 120 Go et les K6-III
