W3C Validtor - HTML/CSS - Programmation

Bonjour à tous,
 
Lorsque je valide ma page à l'aide du validator w3c bien connu que chacun  :love:, je me trouve face à un problème :  
 
mon formulaire possède un attribut NAME, mais la validator le considère comme une erreur, pourquoi ? Ne puis-je pas contourner le problème ? (il me faut garder cet attribut pourtant)

euh oui mais dans mon fonction javascript que j'utilise je ne peux pas me permettre de remplacer name par id....

document.getElementById('tonid') et wala tu accède a ton element
