Le $_GET est récupéré via l'url, par exemple pour matiere :
http://pouet.com/truc/machin.php?matiere=plop |
Ca veut dire qu'il y a pas matiere dans l'URL. Regarde dans le gros topic PHP, y'a tout expliqué

sur ma page d'accueil j'ai les erreur suivantes qui peut m'aider je comprends pas d'ou vient l'erreur merçi d'avance :
