Bonjour,
 
Depuis quelques jours mon ordinateur crash tous les jours pour un motif inconnu.
N'ayant aucune connaissance en informatique j'ai fouillé sur beaucoup de forums et j'ai trouvé quelques solutions qui ne m'ont pas aidé à régler le problème.
 
J'ai eu droit à un écran bleu avec le message d'erreur "Kernel Data Inpage Error", j'ai installé whocrashed et voici le résultat des analyses :  
Je précise que j'ai, par précaution, fait une analyse de mon ordinateur et pas de virus détecté (j'utilise zonealarm) . Mon ordinateur freeze lorsque j'essaye d'utiliser I-tunes.
J'ai également essayé d'utiliser Total System Care mais je ne peux pas aller au bout de la réparation sans payer.
D'avance merci pour toutes vos réponses, j'avoue que je ne sais plus quoi faire !

4 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

:hello: As-tu testé tes barettes de RAM (1 par 1) Memtest et scanné le disque dur avec CHKDSK ?

 

Au fait, merci de détailler la config

Alors je suis sous windows 8.1 et je vais tenter les barrettes de RAM et le disque dur ce soir.

Bon, étant donné que toutes ces manipulations restent compliquées (pour moi), je voulais savoir si une restauration complète de l'ordinateur pourrait changer quelque chose.
