Soucis de Performances.. Ram ou Proc ? Besoin de votre aide. [AIDE] - Matériels & problèmes divers - Hardware

Salut par ici,
 
Voilà je viens sur ce forum pour vous exposer mon soucis, j'ai actuellement la configuration suivante.
 
i7 2600K
16GB RAM - 1600 mhz
SLI GTX970 MSI GAMING 4G
Asus P8P67-Deluxe.
 
Donc, mon problème vient de la performance du PC.. je ne comprend pas vraiment d'où peut venir le soucis, mais j'ai des gros problèmes d'ips et de mini freeze sur la plupart des jeux.. notamment The Witcher 3.  
De plus, dans de nombreux jeux je peux démarrer une session sans trop de soucis et perdre la moitié de la perf et descendre de presque de 30 ips au bout d'une longue session de jeux.. souvent un retour Windows corrige le soucis.
