J ai laissé tomber mon WD Passport et n'arrivant plus à le lire (apparait dans la liste périphérique de gestionnaire de matériel mais pas dans le poste de travail), j'ai lu que l'on pouvait utiliser DLGDIAG pour dans un premier temps identifier l'origine du problème.
 
Cependant, je ne comprend pas le texte suivant :
STORE THE PROGRAM ON FLOPPY DRIVE:
    The program must be run from a floppy drive, so if downloaded, copy all
    files included in the zip to a formatted bootable floppy diskette in A:.
    All files must be included for the program to function properly. Running
    this program from the target hard drive while using certain operating
    systems can result in data loss and an inaccurate scan of the target
    drive.
 
    START THE PROGRAM: To start the program, type DLGDIAG at the
    A:\ DOS prompt.
 
    READ AND APPROVE LICENSE AGREEMENT:
    In order for the DLGDIAG program to run, the License Agreement must
    be agreed to by indicating "YES".
 
comment faire une disquette bootable avec les fichiers contenus dans le dossier zip?
et puis comment la lancer après ? où taper le "A:\ DOS prompt."
C'est possible de le faire partir d'un CD plutot qu'une disquette (n'en n'ayant pas)?
